Iowa Scriptwriters Alliance

is the ISA Eastern Iowa Liason and has been a member of the board since 2010. She lives in a small town north of Cedar Rapids.

Kristina works part-time atTarget in Cedar Rapids and has officially given up the goal of getting promoted in order to keep her sanity, or at least create the illusion thereof. She is taking a variety of classes at Kirkwood Community College which include writing, accounting and marketing, but she's still trying to decide what she wants to be when she grows up. Her dream job is to write screen plays and she is working on her fifth feature length script. Her romantic-comedy titled, Bitches Be Bitchin', made it to the semi-finals in the 2011Fresh Voices Screenplay Compitition and was nominated for two of their Spotlight Awards, which included Best Dialogue and Best On Screen Chemistry.

Kristina has been married to Todd Smith for a good number of years and they have five kids and four grandkids.
